Waterside is one of our three-floor cottages in an award winning converted 1700s stable building.

The entrance is on the left-hand side of the archway. It has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor, plus a shower room.

On the first floor of this cottage, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, a bathroom and an attractive, quiet seating area with lovely farmland views.

The second floor hosts a large family room and a shower room which is an en-suite to the family room.

Waterside is one of our dog friendly cottages, your pet can holiday with you, there is a small fee of £15 per pet and 2 dogs are allowed in this cottage. If you need to bring more please contact us to confirm.

Granary, Waterside & Hayloft cottages share a utility room where you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer & extra freezer/refrigeration space
There is a shared walled garden which you can use to relax, have a BBQ etc, or you may have a special quiet spot you like around our grounds to sit and take in the scenery
Our outdoor heated swimming pool is open from May to September - we operate a booking system so you can enjoy time on your own with the Children or a leisurely swim
